He works across various industries in defining AI strategy that is grounded in real-world constraints, ensuring enterprise data is ready to power impactful Agentic AI applications, and establishing the governance and security frameworks that allow AI to scale with confidence, designing AI operating models aligned to business outcomes and the organizational structures needed to operationalize and sustain AI at scale.
